The First Glorious Mystery : The Resurrection
 

"On entering the tomb they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a white robe, and they were utterly amazed. He said to them, "Do not be amazed! You seek Jesus of Nazareth, the crucified. He has been raised; he is not here. Behold the place where they laid him."

 (Mark, 16: 5-6)

The Second Glorious Mystery: The Ascension
 

"The Lord Jesus, after he spoke to them, was taken up into heaven and took his seat at the right hand of God." (Mark 16:19)

The Third Glorious Mystery: The Descent of the Holy Spirit 

"When the time for Pentecost was fulfilled, they were all in one place together. And suddenly there came from the sky a noise like a strong driving wind, and it filled the entire house in which they were. Then there appeared to them tongues as of fire, which parted and came to rest on each one of them. And they were all filled with the holy Spirit and began to speak in different tongues, as the Spirit enabled them to proclaim." (Acts, 2:1-4)

The Fourth Glorious Mystery: The Assumption

"You are the glory of Jerusalem, the surpassing joy of Israel; You are the splendid boast of our people. With your own hand you have done all this; You have done good to Israel, and God is pleased with what you have wrought. May you be blessed by the Lord Almighty forever and ever!" (Judith 15. 9-10)

The Fifth Glorious Mystery: The Coronation
 

"A great sign appeared in the sky, a woman 2 clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars." (Revelation 12:1)

Each mystery of the rosary produces a spiritual Fruit, a grace from God to help us attain virtue and goodness.
